I am a radiologist, clinical director, and healthcare strategist advisor working at the intersection of medical imaging, sports medicine, and healthcare transformation. My background combines clinical radiology practice, leadership in medical departments, and advisory work in radiology projects, AI integration, and healthcare service development. Over the years, I have worked across Ukraine and Portugal, building experience in musculoskeletal radiology, emergency imaging, sports injury assessment, medical operations, and multidisciplinary healthcare leadership. I currently serve as Clinical Director of the Braga/Guimarães radiology cluster at Grupo Trofa Saúde. Previously, I held leadership roles in elite sports medicine environments. I was also CEO of MedNative, a startup focused on medical AI agents and LLM-based solutions for healthcare business. My main interests include AI integration in radiology, workflow optimization, reporting quality, department performance, medical imaging strategy, business development, sports radiology, and educational systems for radiology and medical organizations. I am particularly interested in helping radiology departments, healthcare businesses, and medical projects become more efficient, scalable, and strategically aligned with the future of medicine. Areas where I can contribute include radiology department audit and advisory, AI adoption strategy in imaging, radiology business and project development, sports imaging and injury-risk consulting, medical education initiatives, and healthcare project design from concept to launch. I work across clinical, operational, educational, and advisory settings and welcome opportunities in consulting, collaboration, speaking, and strategic partnerships.
